Who Moved My Cheese?

In a previous blog post, I shared about building a second brain. You can read more about that here.

In that post, I share how I am journaling my key takeaways from the books I am currently reading. I decided to take another step and create a digital journal to share a summary and key takeaways from each book.

Summary

"Who Moved My Cheese?" by Spencer Johnson is a fable to demonstrate how each of us deals with change and some lessons learned about the process of dealing with change. The story revolves around four characters who live in a maze and rely on cheese as their source of happiness and success. When their cheese supply in a particular location runs out, the characters react differently; some adapt quickly while others resist change.

The book highlights the importance of embracing change, being proactive, and adapting to new circumstances in both personal and professional life. It inspires readers to recognize themselves in the story, and how they currently react to change. The underlying message within the story reveals when it's time to move on and seek new opportunities, rather than clinging to the past.
