QuickBooks allows you to give access to your account to a bookkeeping professional. They can view reports, create invoices, reconcile accounts, and perform other necessary accounting tasks.
Follow these three steps to grant accountant access.
Step 1
Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Manage Users.
Step 2
In the Manage Users page, select the Accounting Firms tab.
Step 3
Enter your accountant's information and click Invite.
